Warranty Coverage

E Ride Pro Inc. (“Company”) provides a one-year or 2,000 mile guarantee on all new electric off-road motorcycles (“Product”) supplied by authorized dealers or through our official website. This warranty is non-transferable and valid from the original owner’s day of purchase.

 

What is Covered:

During the warranty term, the Company reserves the right to fix or replace any defective components of the Product, based on materials and workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, the frame, motor, battery, and other important components. The Company will perform these repair or replacement services for free.

 

Exclusions:

Normal Wear and Tear: Damage from overuse, accidents, negligence, incorrect maintenance, or illegal modifications is not covered by this warranty, nor is it covered for normal wear and tear.

Batteries: The battery’s warranty is not covered unless the capacity falls below 70% of its initial capacity within the warranty term. Gradual capacity decline is expected and is subject to the battery.

Consumables: This guarantee does not cover parts like tires, brake pads, and suspension components that are expected to deteriorate with time.

Accessories from Third Parties: This warranty does not extend to any third-party parts or accessories that were not provided by the Company.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

The original owner must do the following actions in order to file a warranty claim:

Speak with Your Authorized Dealer: Get in touch with the dealer if you bought the product from them. They will assist you in completing the warranty claim form.

Get in Touch with the Company Directly: To begin the warranty claim procedure, please get in touch with our Customer Service team if you bought the Product straight from our website.

Documents: In order to support the warranty claim, you will need to submit proof of purchase as well as any further documents that may be needed.

Limitation of Liability:

Under this guarantee, the Company’s responsibility is restricted to fixing or replacing any damaged parts and components. The Product’s loss of use, indirect or consequential damages, and any other costs or losses resulting from a warranty claim are not covered by the Company’s liability policy.

This warranty policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice, and the company retains the right to do so in its sole discretion. The products’ warranty coverage that were sold prior to the policy change would remain unaffected by any revisions.
